We are NOT real estate agent, but we have intensive contact with different real estate agents and we provide apartment / office space consulting and sourcing service for our customers.
Just tell us your budget and requirement for the property you are looking for, we can give suggestions on location, environment, cost and traffic. We will contact real estate agent to arrange the apartment/office space visiting upon agreed date.
We charge service fee RMB400 per day for visiting apartment/office space with customers. (Commission will be charged by real estate agent )

A. Nanshan Shekou area -- For people who need seaview and international school.
Properties include Coastal Rose Garden, Sea Taste and Mont Orchid Riverlet etc.
Monthly rental: RMB4,000-6,000 for 2 bedroom apt, RMB7,000-12,000 for 3 bedroom, RMB22,000-35,000 for 4/5 bedroom townhouse.

B. Nanshan OCT area --Big area including:
Splendid Garden -quiet place nearby LOFT area & Qiaochengdong Metro statioin.
Hubin Garden - nearby Wal mart area and bar street.
Holiday Bay & Meijia Plaza - nearby ShiJieZhiChuang metro station.
Portofino etc.
Monthly rental: RMB4,000-6,000 for 2 bedroom apt, RMB7,000-16,000 for 3 bedroom, RMB40,000-50,000 for villa.

C. Nanshan Qianhai area -- Good properties with good price, Daxin Metro Station nearby.
Properties with swimming pool & gym club include Xing Hai Ming Cheng, Sunny Palm, Ding Tai Feng Hua etc.
Monthly rental: RMB2,500-3,000 for 2 bedroom apt, RMB3,500-4,800 for 3 bedroom apt.

D. Futian CBD area – Ideal choice for people working in CBD office buildings, high price.
Properties include International Galaxy, Cheng Zhong Ya Yuan and Zhong Hai Hua Ting etc.
Monthly rental: RMB6,000-7,000 for 2 bedroom, RMB9,000-16,000 for 3 bedroom.

Note: The minimum rental period is one year.
Two month deposit and one month rental need to be paid when signing lease contract.

Rental RMB100-130/sqm/month + management fee RMB10-RMB20/sqm/month + tax 10.22%

C. Nanshan CBD area office building price:
Rental RMB120-150/sqm/month + management fee RMB10-RMB20/sqm/month + tax 10.22%
D. Old office buildings in Futian and Nanshan:
Rental RMB70-90/sqm/month + management fee RMB5-RMB10/sqm/month
